February was filled with many special days!
Isaac made 2nd chair for the Texas Private Schools Music Association All-Region Honor Band for the second year in a row! Flower Mound CDA had the greatest number of students of all the participating schools that auditioned and made the honor bands! Isaac loved his time practicing with the guest conductor, and we were so happy to hear them play on Saturday afternoon.
All-Region is held at The Greenhill School in Dallas, and the kids loved finding the peacocks on campus!
Josiah's friend from school came to his 8:00 a.m. basketball game one Saturday! Josiah was so very proud!

I coordinated Josiah's class Valentine party, and I also was able to pop over to Emma's party a few times since their classes are next door to each other.

February was also filled with many sweet, small moments....
playing at the park on a beautiful sunny day!
enjoying dinner - good until the last drop!
Emma loves to wear costumes on home days, and this day she also wanted a "crown braid."
Of course, she was cleaning in her gown, too!
gorgeous winter sunsets!
trying on shoes!
practicing piano!
making tomato soup for lunch
lots of reading
enjoying dinner after a long school day
Isaac is giving a thumbs-up for my friend Tiffany's crock-pot sausage and bell pepper meal that we have eaten weekly every week since January!
visiting Mom-o who is recovering from surgery
I love you, a bushel and a peck!
