Our Park

One of our absolute favorite things about our new house is that there's a city park just three blocks away!  Isaac jogged all the way there last week while I followed with Emma in the stroller, and it took us just 8 minutes to get there.  It's a perfect distance away.  We often go right after the kids wake up from naps and are home in time to get dinner ready for David.  Seriously, we love this park!  It's definitely a blessing we didn't expect when we moved to this home.  

Isaac and Emma's favorite activity at the park right now is walking around this concrete wall that encircles much of the playground.  Emma walks very slow to keep her balance, but she grins the entire time.  When she finishes an entire lap, she points to the beginning and says "one more" (as in one more time).  

Isaac's favorite piece of equipment is the merry-go-round!  He likes giving rides and also riding.  :)

"oo-oo-day-ee"  

Anytime Emma falls down or drops something, she says, "oo-oo-day-ee" (as in "oopsie daisy").  She said this many times at the park today.  :)

This is Emma's "new" smile--she scrunches up her eyes!  It's adorable.  :)

Our weather is so beautiful!  I also snapped a few pictures of the kids playing in the backyard this morning.
