This moment made me pause as I saw Isaac playing light sabers outside with Josiah and Ethan.  I love that my teenager still wants to play like this! 

We showed up at the Trophy Club pool one day, and the Davises were just getting there also!  It was the first of many fun TC pool days together!

I brought the race track downstairs for Titus to play with, & somehow it became a big hit with Emma and Josiah again too!

The church library is always a hit!  Emma and Josiah check out so many books each Sunday and just devour them!  

Summer days were filled with lots of...

baking,

hat wearing (a favorite for Titus!),

laundry (and shoe and hat wearing!),

snuggling,

drawing,

eating favorite meals,

smiling,

napping,

having fun with American girl dolls,

grotto jumping,

running to Mom and Dad's two early Saturday mornings (no picture!),

eating ice cream,

 and lots of swimming with friends at our pool

and the Trophy Club pool.  

We hosted our last Mom and Kid Swim Morning of the summer!  Having friends over to swim was such a highlight for us!  We loved spending time with all these wonderful church families.

Emily and Linnea came for a visit for Em to work in DFW.  We enjoyed lots of time giving Linnea bottles and introducing her to the pool.  Caleb joined a few days later, too!

The next weekend, Nate, Ashley, Jonathan, Jackson, Anna, and her boyfriend Matthew all came up for a visit!  We ate Swedish pancakes, swam at the Trophy Club pool and our pool, celebrated Mom's birthday, and had a delightful lunch at Mac's!

Josiah also enjoyed a sleepover at Papa and Nana's, including playing a game of pickleball!
